He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Elaine Buhlig Bartholomew; and his uncle Dale Buhlig. He is survived by: his father Richard Bartholomew of Arenzville; his children, Alex Bartholomew, Ashley Willis and Kaden Bartholomew; his grandchildren, Lincoln Jack, Ellie and Lily; his stepchildren, Katie Cruz (Juan) and Phillip McGinnis (Jillian); his siblings, Jill Kitterman (Jason) of Rock Island, Bradley Wayne Bartholomew (Alesha) of Stephenson Ranch, CA and Ed Bartholomew of Jacksonville; and his aunt Jan Buhlig of Bluffs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beardstown Elks Lodge #1007 (205 E 2nd St, Beardstown, IL 62618).
