He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Gregory and Ida Mae Hammon Gregory; his brothers, Stephen Gregory and Michael Gregory; his nephew Mikey Gregory; and his brother-in-law Donald King.

He is survived by: his son Craig Gregory (Nicole) of Arenzville; his sister Carol King of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Jordan Jarvis (Dale) of Arenzville, Justin Gregory (Shelby) of Arenzville and Jacklyn Gregory (Collin) of Virginia; his nieces, Patty Gregory, Dawn Smith, Vanessa Beckhouse and Amy McClenning; his nephew Matt Gregory; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan, Beth, Oliver, Owen, Ezra, Axel, Mikey, Richey, Bella, Isaiah, Brittany and Blayney.
