She was predeceased by: her sister Lydia Margaret Welch; her grandfather Rev. Roland Welch; and her cousin Marty Rase. She is survived by: her parents, William Welch and Amy Welch (Smith); her sisters, Sarah Peters of Springfield and Katherine Brockhouse (John) of Virginia; and her grandparents, Robert, Janice Smith of Chapin and Barbara Welch of Otsego, MI. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
