He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann "Ginnie" Wheat; his children, Beverly Jo Roberts (Joseph) of Atoka, TN, Kenneth Charles Stark of Mattoon, IL and Gary Alan Stark (Theresa) of Neoga, IL; his grandchildren, Ethan of Mansfield, TN, Ryder of Mansfield, TN and Stone of Mansfield, TN; his son David Charles Roberts (Melissa); his grandchildren, Mikala of Evergreen, CO and Isabella of Evergreen, CO; his son Wade Matthew Stark (Breanna); his grandchildren, Alexis of Mattoon, IL, Laurel of Mattoon, IL and Jameson of Mattoon, IL; his child Malia Marie Kollmann (Alex); his grandson Adam; his great grandchildren, Tyler of Plainfield, IN, Auston (Viktoria) of Plainfield, IN, Ashtin Rollings of Plainfield, IN and Travis Cody Stark (Vilma); his brother-in-law David James (Betty) of Champaign, IL.; and also, Hailey of Collinsville, IL, Codie of Collinsville, IL and Kyndall of Neoga, IL.. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Arcola First Christian Church, St. Jude Children's research Hospital or donor's choice.
