She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob W. Gingerich and Ruth E Gingerich (Bennett); her husband Jim Slaughter; and her brother Crandall Gingerich. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Eugene Logan of Arcola, IL, Barry Allen Logan (Brandi) of Canal Winchester, OH, Amy Jo Adams (Jeff) of Bowling Green, KY and James Scott Slaughter (Dawn) of Atwood, IL; her grandchildren, Haley, Trace, Alyssa, Kyann, Kota, Clayton, Derek, Donavan, Rialynn and Hillary; her sisters, Renie Johnson (Clif) of Mattoon, IL, Debbie Anderson (Bill) of Washington, IN and Gerie Dunagan (Darryl) of Arcola, IL; and her sister-in-law Kim Gingerich of Arthur, IL.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
