She was predeceased by: her parents, William Secrest and Mabel Secrest (Hoskins); her husband Archie E. Edwards; her daughters, Connie Edwards and Tami Kearns; and her close friend Ralph Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Edwards (Debbie) of Arcola, IL and Beverly Edwards (Janae Colledge) of Mesquite, NV; her grandchildren, Michelle Wolfe (Jimmy) of Arcola, IL, Jason Edwards (Jessica) of Humboldt, IL and Megan Kearns of Tuscola, IL; her great grandchildren, Evan Shultz (Paige) of Arcola, Trevor of Mattoon, Ivie of Mattoon and Blaze Edwards of Mattoon; her great great grandchildren, Nala Kay Wilford, Quinndalyn Shultz and Kolsen Shultz; her son-in-law Kevin Kearns of Arcola, IL; and her siblings, Robert West of Mattoon, IL and Joann Pilkerton of Mattoon, IL.. She is also survived by her family especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (221 E Main St, Arcola, IL 61910).
