He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Ricardo A. Climaco and Leonila Uro Climaco; and his siblings, Rosalilia U. Climaco and Jinjito Climaco. He is survived by: his wife Imelda Climaco of Arcola; his children, Dr. Diana Smith (Brandon) of Afton Minnesota, Ramon Climaco II (Hannah Rae) of Arcola, Dolly Herschberger (Daren) of Arcola and Dr. Maria Van Gundy (Brook) of Tucson Arizona; his grandchildren, Weston Smith, Corinna Smith, Bria Herschberger, Case Herschberger and Charlotte Climaco; his siblings, Dr. Roberto U. Climaco (Erlinda Climaco), Dr. Rosemarie U. Climaco (Nelcar Gadrinab) and Rosalinda Climaco; and his nephew Eric Glenn Climaco of Denver, Colorado..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and the Arcola Foundation.
