She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin "Benny" Barnes and Mildred Stump Barnes; her husband Millard Hunter Fortney; her son Benji; and her brother Jack Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Jeri (Richard White) of Las Vegas, Nevada and Joseph Fortney (Marsha); and her granddaughters, Jenifer Fortney-Klinger of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Kimberly Fortney-McKenzie of Nashville, Tennessee and Christine Fortney of Kansas City, Missouri..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shrader Funeral Home (204 N Locust St, Arcola, IL 61910). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Arcola Presbyterian Church.
Memorials are suggested to the Arcola Presbyterian Church.
