It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Omer J. Chupp (Arcola, Illinois), who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob M. Chupp and Mattie A. Chupp (Herschberger); his brothers, Joas Chupp, Eli Chupp and Edward Chupp; his siblings-in-law, Fred Schrock, Eli Yoder and Esther Chupp; and his great grandchild Justin Luke Schrock.
He is survived by: his wife Lorene Chupp; his children, Loretta Schrock (Eldon) of Arthur, IL, Treva Farmwald (Philip) of Sullivan, IL, Rosanna Miller (Willard) of Tuscola, IL, Wilbur Chupp (Viola) and David Chupp (Lori); his siblings, Lewis Chupp (Mary), Edna Schrock of Arthur, IL, Clara Schrock (Edward) of Arthur, IL and Wilma Yoder of Crab Orchard, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Anna Chupp of Shipshewana, IN and Verna Viola Chupp of Arthur, IL.. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
