With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Mathias of Arcola, Illinois, born in Tuscola, Illinois, who passed away on July 14, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Herrington and Harriett P. Herrington (Teel); her granddaughter Emilee Mathias; her brother David Herrington; her nieces, Angela Herrington and Cheryl Mullikin; and her nephew Michael Mullikin.

She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Mathias of Arcola, IL; her children, Nichole Gomez (Thomas Otayco) of Columbus, OH, Bill Mathias (Shelly) of Carolina Beach, NC and Jeff Mathias (Ellen) of Arcola, IL; her grandchildren, CJ Gomez (Stephanie) of Columbus, OH, Mikey Mathias of Cincinnati, OH, Kaylee Mathias of Vine Grove, KY and Joshua Mathias of Arcola, IL; her great grandchildren, Carter, Clay and Carson Gomez; her sister Georgia Mullikin (Doug) of Chesterfield, MO; her niece Carey Portzline (Scott) of Grand Rapids, MI; and her nephews, Eric Mullikin of St. Louis, MO and David Herrington (Jeannette Shelton) of San Jose, CA..
