With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy Yutzy (Arcola, Illinois), who passed away on February 18, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Schrock and Elsie Schrock (Kauffman); her husband Christian W Yutzy; her son Roger William Yutzy; and her siblings, Levi Schrock, Ben Schrock (Lucy), Martin Schrock, Ida Schrock, Katie Kaufman (Melvin) and Caroline Miller (Eli William).
She is survived by: her daughters, JoEllen, Judith Elaine (Loyd Gingerich) of Arcola and Karen Kay (Ernest Gingerich) of Arcola; her daughter-in-law Laura Yutzy (Miller) of Arthur; her grandchildren, Jonathan Gingerich (Sharon), Heidi Goss (Luke), Christopher Gingerich (Cheryl), David Gingerich (Kristin), Denise Herschberger (Ryan), Sara Gingerich and Dominic Gingerich; her stepgranddaughters, Angela Bowman (Joshua) and Alicia Marner (Scott); her great grandchildren, Bennett and Andre Gingerich; her stepgrandchildren, Keagan, Danielle, Russell, Annette Gingerich, Jordyn, Zoey Gingerich, Lucy, Charles Goss, Kelsey and Grant Herschberger; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Anthony, Sophia, Remington Bowman and Abigail Marner; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Schrock (Yoder) and Gertie Plank (Yutzy).
