He was predeceased by: his parents, John Virgil, MD and Florence Mary Fishel (Brown); and his sister Mary Allington of California. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Kay Warfel of Arcola, IL; his children, John Virgil Fishel III (Loretta) of Arcola, IL, Jeff Fishel (Toni) of Arcola, IL, Jim Fishel (Chris) of Arcola, IL, Amy Jo Mueller (Bob) of Belleville, IL and Ali Keller (Brett) of Bloomington, IL; and his sister Carole Renfro of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
