With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donnie Mast of Arcola, Illinois, born in Elkhart, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2024 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Johnson (Bird); his grandparents, Maggie and Jonas Mast; and his aunts and uncles, Tillie Sanders, Fannie Kauffman, Alta Kauffman, Adlai "Butch" Mast and Clarence Mast.
He is survived by: his father John Henry Mast (Brenda Gordy); his children, Jeremy, Jenny Mast of Sullivan, IL, Kathy Wilson of Tuscola, IL, Donald Van Cleave of Las Vegas, NV, Christopher Mast of Springdale, PA and Sidney Mast of Tuscola, IL; his grandchildren, Bradly, Daisy, Dominic, Benjamin, Jaxsyn, Marryn and Emric; his sister Linda Chancellor of Bourbon, IL; and his close friend Lauretta Helmuth. He is also survived by her kids, and grandkids.
