She is survived by: her children, Diane Bourquin of Greenfield, WI, Susan Bamberg of Flagler Beach, FL, Jon Bourquin (Jeanne) of Apple River, IL and Jerry Bourquin (Stephanie Edwards) of Black Earth, WI; her grandchildren, Kelly Bourquin of Chicago, Jered Bourquin (Kayla) of Decorah, IA and Justin Bourquin (Kortney) of Mt Horeb, WI; and her great grandchild Kelsey.
