He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rowe and Norma Rowe (Nee Kroenig); and his sister Debbie Stark. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; his wife Bernadette Rowe (Seibert); his children, Matthew Rowe and Grace Rowe; and his siblings, John Rowe and Lisa Walsh of Wonder Lake, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
