We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2020, at the age of 98, Wilbert Schaefer of Antioch, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Catherine; his wife Janina "Kay" Prangl; his son Branden; his grandchildren, William and Caroline Rose; and his siblings, James and Eleanor.
He is survived by: his children, Susan (Michael) and John Schaefer (Mary); his daughter-in-law Janice Schaefer; his grandchildren, Christopher, Heather, Michael, Lisa Gonzalez (Gabriel), Andrew and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Leslie, Lindsey, Joshua, James, Joanne, Mary Rose and Emma; his granddaughter-in-law Kjersten; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Schaefer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
