He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Jr. and Ursula C.; his son Steven J. Haley; his siblings, Nancy, Danny, Michael and Betty; his brother-in-law Mark Garvey; and his niece Ruthie Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Arndt; his children, Mark Haley (Cindy), Greg Haley (Kathleen), Beth Koch (Kevin) and Cathie Hackeloer (Bob); his grandchildren, Tiffany Haley (Jay Gonzalez), Sarah Williams (Randall), Mark Haley (Lexie), Luke Haley (Emily), Dylan Haley (Lexy), Hannah Haeffele (Jon), Hunter Fales (Kaitlyn), Morgan Mills (Mike), Tommy Koch, Danielle Koch, Trevor Koch, Austin Hackeloer (Haley), Grant Hackeloer, Griffin Hackeloer, Julia Hackeloer, Asher Szelestey, Maverick Haeffele, Lily, Ava, Colin Fales and Blair Mills; his daughter-in-law Nita Schmidt (Frank); his sister-in-law Susan Haley; his siblings, Margaret Haley, Clement Haley, Gerard Haley, Edward Haley (Theresa), James Haley (Jamie), Mary Pedersen (Brian), Rita Garvey, John Haley (Kristi), Sheila Dvorak (Thomas) and William Haley; and also, Charlotte and Leah Haley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and wonderful friends.
