She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel and Laura; her son James Robert Smith; and her siblings, Frank Biamonte, Rose Harville and Chuck Giordano.
She is survived by: her husband James Thomas Smith; her grandsons, Benjamin and Zachary Smith; and her sisters, Agnes Gleason (Charles) and Laura Doyle.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Strang Funeral Home (1055 Main St, Antioch, IL 60002). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillside East Cemetery (430 E Depot St, Antioch, IL 60002).
