It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruth M. O'Neill of Antioch, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 103, on January 5, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Wiot (Hub) and Leticia E. Wiot (Letty); her sister Ann Lindsay; her husband Jack (Jack); her sister Dorothy; her brother-in-law Joe Lindsay; her son-in-law Dan Kisiel; her grandson Vincent Kisiel; and her close friend O'Neill.
She is survived by: her children, Jack (Judy), Peg Kisiel, Ruth Ellen Durling (Gary), Sharon Kusek (Dan), Michael (Cindy) and Tim (Mary). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMurrough Funeral Chapel (101 Park Pl, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (121 E Maple Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:20 AM at the Ascension Catholic Cemetery (1920 W Buckley Rd, Libertyville, IL 60030).
