He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Lazzara and Elsie Lazzara (Osmundson). He is survived by: his wife Carol Lazzara; his sons, Christopher Lazzara (Erin), Timothy Lazzara (Natalee), Gary Lazzara (Lisa) and Anthony Peter Lazzara; his grandchildren, Payton, Foley, Logan, Raelynn, Adeline and Dylan; and his brother Peter Lazzara (Philippa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
