He was predeceased by: his father Richard Maday. He is survived by: his mother Mary Maday; his wife Deborah Maday (Johnson); his children, Michelle Maday (Casey) and Casey Maday; and his daughter-in-law Erin Bodnar. He is also survived by several siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
