He was predeceased by: his parents, Casmir and Frances; his brother Norbert Maday; and his children-in-law, Sandy Maday and David Kwielford.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewand; and his children, Bob Maday (Debbie) of Antioch, IL, Tom Maday of Lake Villa, IL, Steve Maday (Alice) of Bristol, WI and Barb Kwielford of Antioch, IL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
