He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cashmore Sr. and Jeanette Cashmore (Foley). He is survived by: his wife Theresa M.; his daughter Melissa M. Lang (Michael E. Lang II); his grandson Anthony M. Lang; his son Michael D. Miller Jr. (Naomie); his grandchildren, Carlie J. Miller, Skylar N. Miller and Hayden M. Miller; and his brothers, Kenneth Cashmore Jr. (Patricia Cashmore), Gerald L. Cashmore (Elizabeth) and Robert G. Cashmore (Nancy A.).
