It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A Dzielak of Antioch, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dzielak and Jean Dzielak (Nowicki). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Grundgeiger; his children, Lorinda Birmingham (Phillip) and Russell Dzielak (Angela); his grandchildren, Jasper, Max, Taylor and Ruston; his sister Virginia Hawrysz (late Walter); and his nieces and nephews, Sandra Hanna (Tom), Sherri Juveland (Doug), Eric (Brielle) and Daniel Hawrysz (Leslie).
Due to Covid-19 restriction, everyone attending is required to wear a mask and practice safe social distancing while attending services.
