She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Garrett and Alda Garrett; and her sister Rosemarie Keating. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Mangioni; her son Donald C. Payne II; her nephews, Joseph Mangioni, Michael Mangioni, Anthony Mangioni, Mark Mangioni and Shawn Keating; her niece Colleen Loveless; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nick, Joey, Josh, Chase, Samantha, Lucciano, Kyle and Haley.
