He is survived by: his wife Sandra Prochnow; his children, Bryan Clark (Lenae) of Ingleside, IL, Steve Johnson (Marcia) of Lake Villa, IL, Scot Johnson (Vicki Gron) of Beach Park, IL, Eric Johnson (Brenda Izbicki) of Woodstock, IL and Tami Anderson of Antioch, IL; his grandchildren, Tyler, Chad, Ryan, Chris, Jessica, Scot, Michael, Ralph Jr., Quinn, Haley and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Blake, Shane, Scot Jr., Mila and Jade. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
