He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Cora; his wife Frances "Fran" Terry; his grandson Aidan Adelizzi; and his brother James Adelizzi.
He is survived by: his children, Shona Geier (John) of Gurnee, IL, Cherri Majewski (Mark) of Flagler Beach, FL, Randi LaChapelle (Alex) of Antioch, IL, Paul Jr. Adelizzi (Leslie) of Antioch, IL, Ken Adelizzi (Alyssa) of Lindenhurst, IL and Nicole Nierman (Dan) of Lakemoor, IL; his grandchildren, Brenna, Lorna, Mara Geier, Paige DeWald, Brooke Ross, Kristina, Triston Adelizzi, Elijah, Quinn Adelizzi and Stella Nierman; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Brayden, Odden and Gia; and his brother Richard Adelizzi (Sonia) of Naperville, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
