He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Nina; his wife Audrey Fox; his son Michael; his great grandchild Summer; his siblings, Jeff, Clarence and Gloria; and his stepfather Paul Wells.

He is survived by: his sons, Neal II Ostergaard (Jessica Leonhardt) of Antioch, IL and Christopher Ostergaard (Tina Crittenden) of Antioch, IL; his stepchildren, Mickey Fox of Washington, Katie (Michael Fox) of Virginia and Adam Reeves (Susan) of Buffalo, NY; his grandchildren, Chad, Derek, Trey, Amilia, John, Dillon, Austin, Jenifer, Jesica, Jason James and Caelin; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Judith, Derek, Henry and Tyler; and his siblings, Charles Ostergaard (Pat) of Kenosha, WI, Faye Ross of Tucson, AZ, Nina Wells of Las Vegas, NV, Paulette Threlkeld of Racine, WI, Larry Ostergaard of Tucson, AZ and Joy Volden (Bob) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
