He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Mary; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Rentner, Leo Pletschett and Carol Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson; his daughters, Amy Jehlicka (Jeff) of Paddock Lake, WI, Karen Thunga (Raghu) of Green Oaks, IL and Kathleen Hoft (Clint Heldt) of Kenosha, WI; his grandchildren, Jenna Lang (Aaron), Ashley, Megan Jehlicka, David, Sara and Luke Thunga; his sister Nancy Rentner; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Johnson and Kay Pletschett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association or the Juvenile Diabetes Association are appreciated in Mike's memory.
