He is survived by: his mother Carole Burkhart; his siblings, Andy Burkhart (Dee Dee) and DeAnn Kauth (Tom Welninski); his nephews, Andrew, Carter, Ronny and Andy Kauth; his niece Kayla Burkhart; his aunts, Jean Olsen and Charlene Grosse; and his uncle Peter Burkhart. He is also survived by his cousins, extended family and friends.
