She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Grundgeiger and Emielie Grundgeiger (Reihl); her husband Richard A. Dzielak; and her siblings, Herman Jr. and Lillian Shumon.

She is survived by: her children, Lorinda Birmingham (Phillip) and Russell Dzielak (Angela); her grandchildren, Jasper, Max, Taylor Mahich (Mike) and Ruston; and her nieces, Sandra Hanna (Tom) and Sherri Juveland (Doug).
