Marcella A. Roed Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marcella A. Roed of Antioch, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Marcella shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Marcella farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Kick and Yvonne Kick (McGuire); her husband Ronald Roed; and her siblings, Jeffrey, Quin, Steven, Charles and Helen Mueller.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Keegan (Pat), Krista Sokolski (Ron), Charlotte Slater (Bill), Monica Kelly (Tom) and Nathan Roed. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grant Cemetery (26725 W Molidor Rd, Ingleside, IL 60041).
