He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. and Estelle; and his brother-in-law Richard Les. He is survived by: his close friend Judy; his former wife Judith Ann; his wife Judy; his sons, Kevin Denzel (Carey) and Michael Denzel (Jeremy Dobbie); his siblings, Geraldine Les and Kenneth Denzel; his grandsons, Jack, Ben and Owen; and also, Jack Shaughnessy, Ben Denzel and Owen Denzel. He is also survived by many in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to a Go Fund Me Page Larry Denzel Memorial Seating Section for the Larry "Zelmo" Denzel Memorial Seating Section at the Christine Bonati Bollwinkle Arena at Eureka College.
