He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert, Dolores Preslicka, Marvin and Lula Jackson. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Jackson and Karen Betancourt (Preslicka); his sisters, Cheryl Jerik (Jay) and Haley Dean; and his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Carson, Parker and Leo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
