It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Allen Sauerland of Antioch, Illinois, who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sauerland and Marcella Sauerland; and his brother Mark Sauerland. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Salakar; his children, Anji Larson (Ray McDermott) of Palatine, IL, Steve Sauerland (Tracy) of Lake, Brian Sauerland (Kathy) of Palatine, IL, Michelle Madden of Grand Prairie, TX, Kevin Sauerland (Rebecca) of Lindenhurst, IL, Pat Sauerland (Stephanie) of Grafton, WI and Aaron Sauerland (Lissa) of Burbank, CA; his grandchildren, Shawn, Kyle, Kristana, Taryn, Luke, Danielle, Cameron, Trinity, Kalliope, Kolette, Norah and Emma; his siblings, Karen Gordon of Mineral Bluff, GA and Mike Weber (Carla) of Zion, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Sauerland of Oswego, IL and Kathy Sauerland of Pleasant Prairie, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
