It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen M. Zak (Antioch, Illinois), who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Andrew Zak (Asha) and Jennifer Zak (Kent Green); her granddaughter Lakshmi; her parents, John Wolowic and Mitzie Wolowic; and her brothers, John Wolowic (Laura) and Rick Wolowic (Linda).
