She was predeceased by: her parents, James and Carmella; her husband Leroy W. Hazel; her son William; her sisters, Jenny Cassiello (Frank) and Arlene Carrera (Peter); and her brother-in-law Johnny Pasakowski.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Hazel (Eileen) and Ken Hazel (Jackie); her grandson William Hazel (Brandi); her great grandchild Alex; and her sister Lillian Pasakowski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and friends.
