He is survived by: his parent Catherine Perminas (Augle); his wife Sheryl; his children, Kimberly Ortiz (Scott) of Antioch, Kristen Jr (Ken Faught) of Kenosha, WI, Joseph Perminas Jr (Jenna) and Fort; his sisters, Pat Drish (Tom) of Springstead, WI, Carol, Jake and Adam Sellner of Barrington, IL; his grandchildren, Joel Konitzer, Aaron MacArthur and Princess Peyton Perminas; his child Rusty; and also Bridgeport. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
