He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Maki; his children, John Jr. of Richmond, IL and Janelle Maki (Timothy Lehn) of Richmond, IL; his stepdaughter Elesha Ellwanger (Matthew Werhane) of Woodstock, IL; his grandchildren, TJ and Jeffrey Lehn; his sister-in-law Gloria Maki; his niece Lisa Wright (Steve); and his nephews, Robert (Mandy) and Tommy Maki.
