Thompson (Propeck); his wife Patti; his children, Jerry Lewis, Lisa Lewis, Ronald Lewis, Russell Lewis and Sarah Pluciennik (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Brandon, Cole, Aubrey, Laci, Wesley and Jacob. He is also survived by three brothers, four sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
