It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey John Blackowicz of Antioch, Illinois, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blackowicz and Delores Blackowicz (DeCleene); and his siblings, Gary Blackowicz and Cheryl Rabine. He is survived by: his children, Mya and Zachary Blackowicz; his brothers, Jim (Lisa) and Tom Blackowicz (Laura); and his siblings-in-law, Jeanie Blackowicz and Gary Rabine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
