He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, William and Charlene Santefort; his stepfather Ken Donat; and his great-grandparent Hazel Berry. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Albertini (Lora) of Petersburg, IL and Brenda Donat (Burress) of Woodstock, IL; his wife Jodi Albertini (Santefort); his children, Anthony and Nina Albertini of Antioch, IL; his grandparents, Harold Burress of Dresden, TN and Mary Burress of Oakbrook, IL; his siblings, Kevin Albertini (Daniela), Ken Donat (Stephanie), Bryan Albertini (Cheyenne) and Ashley Donat of Chicago, IL.; and his pets, Mabel and Otis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be limited to 50 people at a time and everyone must wear a mask.

The family suggests that memorials be made to his children's education fund via the Jason Albertini Memorial c/o Heartland Bank.
