He was predeceased by: his former wife Kathleen Mulhern; and his sister Amy Lubkeman Ludford. He is survived by: his wife Christine Libert; his children, James H., Jr. Lubkeman (Carrie), June Stitt and Erin Pennington (Thomas); his grandchildren, Ashley Lubkeman, Bobby Stitt, Nora Lubkeman and Henry Lubkeman; his sister Susan Sieg (Jim); his brother-in-law John Ludford; and his close friends, Bill Mellen and Luke Lubkeman.
