It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E Fields (Antioch, Illinois), born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on March 1, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kathleen Quilty and John B. "Jack" Fields. He is survived by: his spouse Gail; his children, Jody Skorek (Frank), Lynda Fields, Jack Fields (Kathy), Patti O'Brien (Michael) and Michael Fields (Tanya); and his sister Mary Haviland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
