She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Jessica; her husband William Jacob Mayer; her brothers, Edward Lewandowski and Victor Lewandowski; her niece Linda Lewandowski; and her nephew Thomas Lewandowski.
She is survived by: her children, William David Mayer and Sharon Ann Madsen (Michael); and her niece Susan Kornived (Howard).
Due the COVID-19 Pandemic and CDC guidelines, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
