He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. and Linda L.. He is survived by: his sisters, Pamela Webb-Keel (Bob) of Ingleside, IL and Lisa Webb-McAndrew (Stephen) of Antioch, IL; his nieces and nephews, Mark Mays, Terry Carlin, Kaitlyn Trusky and Dale Trusky; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaiden Carlin, Braelyn Mays, Maverick Mays and Malakai Mays. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that contributions be made in Frank's name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
