She was predeceased by: her parents, Kasmer Michalak and Irene Michalak (Kruzka); her husband William John O'Donnell; her daughter Deirdre O'Donnell-Banakis; and her brother Cedric Michalak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Ohman (Jim Slezak) of Mundelein, IL, Mindy Bowes (Jeff) of Arlington Heights, IL, Dena Trott (Jeff) of West Bend, WI and Darlyn "Tina" O'Donnell-Bainter of Franklin Park, IL; her grandchildren, Justine, Hailey, Jessica, Jenna, Nicholas, Meghan, Michael and Kimberly; her brother Anthony "Tony" Michalak; and her sister-in-law Deborah Michalak.
