She is survived by: her children, Wilma Tackett (Gorman), Roland van Empel (Zosia) and Raymond van Empel; and her grandsons, Robert Binder (Sarah), Michael Binder and Theodore van Empel (Cassandra). She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
