She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Carroll and Phyllis Carroll (Curry); her husband Lloyd O'Hare; her daughter Susan Brock; her granddaughter Kimberly Wallace; her sister Wanda Pepper; and her son-in-law Al Hallgren.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hallgren, Kathy Zimmerman (Bob) and Edward O'Hare (Maria); and her grandchildren, Andy, Jessica, Samantha, Layne and Shelby. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Elsie's name may be made to Norfolk Public High School Music Department or Shrine of the Grotto of the Redemption in West Bend, IA.
