He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Brady; his daughters, Tammi White (James) and Michelle Packo; his grandchildren, Brianna Mack (Jacobi), Mikalea White and David White; his sisters, Judy Hamilton (Robert), Jeanne Stiner and Janet Skrabacz; and also, Callan Mack and Elliott Mack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
